Let’s send our good wishes to Jun. K as he fights to recover from COVID-19.
2PM’s beloved leader Jun. K has tested positive for COVID-19.
Just recently, JYP Entertainment announced that its talented artist, Jun.K, will temporarily pause his activities after being diagnosed with COVID-19.
“Jun. K tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, April 19. After testing positive in the self-kit test, he immediately received an additional positive result for the rapid antigen test, and received a final confirmation through the additional PCR test,” the agency said.
The agency shared that the idol has already completed three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Currently, he is experiencing symptoms of a mild sore throat. He officially halted all scheduled activities and he will focus on treatment following the government health authorities’ guidelines.
“We will do our best for a speedy recovery by considering the artist’s health as our top priority,” the agency added.
On March 18, his fellow 2PM member Junho also tested positive for COVID-19.
